Stayed in fancy king room with a shower and ventilator plus the kids in the separate bungalow. The hotel's position was particularly good and unbeatable, just next door to good restaurant and "the Yucatan.

The room furnishings need an update!!! The air conditioning was ineffective!!! Heavy road noise throughout the evening leaves you yearning for peace.

The hotel was upscale, and clean, and the location was favourable right next to the ruins. The staff were attentive and very informative people from a male waiter. My king room was modest in which the safe did n't work. Location: the property was close to the Cenote across the road-, the Chichen Itza and the cenote Ik Kil. There was an outdoor restaurant nearby.

The air conditioning in the room wasn't effective when we arrived, leaving us feeling uncomfortable at night. The internet connection in the bedrooms was quite poor, hard to stay connected. I also found that the towels were often insufficient for three guests, though the staff provided extras when requested.

This place suits me perfectly! It has great amenities like an outdoor swimming pool, a restaurant, and free Wi-Fi in public areas. On my first stay, the staff even helped me with a late check-out. Highly recommend it for a weekend getaway!

The charm of this hotel lies in its unique roadside feel and its strategic location, just minutes from Chichen Itza and right across from the beautiful Ik Kil cenote. The refreshing pool was a nice touch, though the rooms could use a little modernization and the WiFi varied in strength.
